A GREAT DAY

       A GREAT DAY

I enjoy a great day!  I would imagine that most people enjoy having a great day. The best days I've ever had all have one thing in common. I was totally focused, completely absorbed in what I was doing. I wasn't stressing or worried about tomorrow, I wasn't regretting yesterday, I was in the present day. When we invest ourselves in today, completely, we create the environment and conditions for joy.
