Three people can witness the same event and have three totally different experiences. To develop greater insight, balance and understanding in our life, we can review interactions with others from different perspectives. If you've been in an argument, relive it in your mind, only this time step inside the other person so you can see and hear YOU through their eyes and ears. Relive it one additional time from outside both you and the other person as if watching the interaction in a movie. This can be very helpful and revealing.
