DO YOU DO FEAR?

Fear is something that you do - the act of Fearing. Fear doesn't come from somewhere. You have to do something to be afraid.
We experience fear whether the trigger is real or imagined. If we think someone is in a dark room with us, we often start "fearing" only to turn on the light and find no one is there.

When feeling fear, pause just long enough to determine if you're "doing fear" unnecessarily. You can choose to stop "fearing".
