TAKE A BREAK

It is important to step away from what we are doing and regain perspective. When flying, pilots frequently check their compass to ensure they are on the right flight path. Being off course just one degree doesn't seem like much but if not corrected quickly can result in being miles off course and ending up someplace you never intended. Take a break, check your internal compass. Are you still on the path you intended?
